Good day to all,

Jiewen proposed a family day end of this month and there is a committee (me, chai ling, zihao, sabrina and Eugene Lim) mainly in charge of putting it into action. we require the help of you guys on that day.

Brief outline

The venue will be set at Botanic Gardens. Time will be from 0900 to 1400 (tentatively), 29Th July 2007, Sunday.

basically, the families will get together to enjoy a day of games, lucky draw and an outdoor 'picnic'. we've planned 5 games (last being a mini amazing race!!) for that day. we have done the Reece and have actually settled most of the planning with some final details to touch up.

we need YOUR help!

we need 10 game masters. You all will be in charge of setting up the games, giving instructions and bring up the spirit! this is especially crucial as you all are the backbone of the entire activity. we need enthusiastic and fun loving peeps. your i/c will be Zihao

we also need 3 ops masters. you all be in charge of the preparation and setting up. your i/c will be Sabrina.

we will try out the games at the basketball court outside sunbeam on the 14th and try out the actual games at Botanic garden on th 21st (after sunbeam). therefore we hope you (you just volunteered!) can join us if you can make it.

more information will be provided on the mass briefing on the 14th.
